This is a Non-refundable $50 Deposit to hold your space. Balances will be due December 1, 2025. We will notify you by email with a payment link when your balance is due.
Cancellation Policy: If after your balance is paid you have to cancel due to an emergency you will be given a credit for future use. NO CASH REFUNDS

This Special Winter StampFest Event includes the following:
- Friday 8:00 am-11:00 pm
- Saturday 8:00 am-12 midnight
- Sunday 8:00 am-6:00 pm
- FREE Admission to StampFest Winter (February 7, 2026)

Table Theme Contest -Galentine (Gals Valentine Weekend)
Prizes will be Rubber Bucks (just like cash), to be spent at the show on Saturday
1st Place Winner Prize: $100 in Rubber Bucks OR A Ticket for future crop. (MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS)
2nd Place Winner Prize: $75 in Rubber Bucks
