This is a Non-refundable $50 Deposit to hold your space. Balances will be due March 1, 2026. We will notify you by email with a payment link when your balance is due.
Cancellation Policy: If after your balance is paid you have to cancel due to an emergency you will be given a credit for future use. NO CASH REFUNDS

This Special Summer StampFest Event includes the following:
- Friday - 8:00 am - 11:00 pm (NO VENDOR SHOPPING FRIDAY)
- Saturday - 8:00 am - 12 am Midnight (Vendor Shopping 9:00 am-5:00 pm)
- Sunday - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Vendor Shopping 10:00 am-3:00 pm) MUST BE OUT OF THE ROOM BY 7:00 PM
- 2 Day Admission to StampFest Show/Vendor Shopping (June 27-28, 2026) (FREE Parking for the whole weekend)
- Table space for the entire weekend (1 PERSON PER 6 ft TABLE)
- FREE Electric Available at ALL Tables
- 1 FREE Teacher Led Mini Projects EACH DAY (all supplies are included)
